All handmade pet tag orders are carefully crafted and typically require a processing time before shipment. Current processing times are displayed on each product listing.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Do you accept cancellations?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, cancellations may not be accepted once work has begun.

Yes. Each pet tag is individually handmade and customized to order.
Can I add a phone number to my pet tag?
Yes. Please select a +Phone Number option within the Tag Size & Shape section before entering your phone number information.
What happens if I exceed the character limit?
Orders exceeding the listed character limitations may be canceled. Character limits help ensure the best fit and readability for each tag shape and size.
Will bead placement look exactly like the photos?
Not always. Bead placement and lettering orientation may vary slightly in order to best accommodate each tag shape and size.
Are all tags available in every style?
Some tag sizes and shapes have specific character or orientation limitations. Please review the product description carefully before ordering.
What attachment options are available?
Attachment options may include clasp clips and split rings, depending on the product listing.
Will the pet tag hardware naturally wear over time?

Do you guarantee permanent durability?
No. Please note that normal wear may occur over time depending on use, handling, and environmental exposure.

How should I choose my apparel size?
Please carefully review all sizing charts and product measurements before placing your order. Due to the custom nature of embroidered apparel, sizing issues may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
Will embroidery placement vary?
Minor variations in embroidery placement, thread texture, and handmade details may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of each item.
How should I care for embroidered apparel?
For best longevity, we recommend gentle washing, avoiding harsh heat, and following all care instructions included with your order.
Custom Design Policy
Can you recreate another creator’s design?
No. Requests to copy or replicate designs from other creators cannot be accommodated. All customizations must be selected from the options and styles offered within our listings.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Is this a physical product?
No. Digital download products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
How do I access my digital files?
After checkout, your files will be available instantly through the download page and sent to your email.
What file formats do you offer?
Depending on the product, files may include PDF, fillable PDF, PNG, or Canva template access.
Do I need Canva Pro?
Most templates are designed to work with free Canva accounts unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Why is my fillable PDF not working correctly?

Can digital products be refunded?
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access delivery, digital downloads are non-refundable.
