Due to the personalized, handmade, made to order, and digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Personalized orders, custom orders, digital downloads, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Items exposed to water, outdoor conditions, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, or improper care are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
